The Ambiance Process

The Ambiance process begins by completing an initial confidential questionnaire on this web site (click here to Get Started) or by calling our offices directly at (918) 402-5434.

Basic information is gathered to determine mutual compatibility and fit. After a brief conversation with one of our consultants, potential clients are then scheduled for a profiling appointment with a personal consultant or with Leslie. Clients must begin this process in-person. The profiling process includes an interview with a personal consultant at which time collaborative goals are further assessed. Ambiance of Tulsa does not accept all interested parties and may decline working with individuals at this juncture in the pre-qualifying stages.

Following the conversation with the consultant, Ambiance of Tulsa will finalize the fee arrangements. We have a plan to meet most needs.

Clients then begin in the matchmaking department. Leslie handles each client individually, selecting matches by hand based upon a variety of different factors. Of course the goal is to select just one person, the right person.

Since we deal with busy, single professionals this process can take several days. However, clients may expect their first match soon after beginning.

Of course, after each date your consult will follow up with you to see how things went.
